Bell offered the first-ever International Family Nursing Conference live clinical demonstration of advanced family nursing practice to 30 workshop participants at the 12th International Family Nursing Conference in Odense, Denmark.  For the Pre-Conference Workshop, lllness Suffering and Family Healing: Raising Your Clinical Effectiveness to the Next Level, a couple experiencing illness was recruited from a local outpatient heart failure clinic to participate in a therapeutic conversation guided by the Illness Beliefs Model. Dr. Lorraine M. Wright and Dr. Janice M. Bell have been invited to offer their 4-day signature workshop called the “Family Nursing Externship” in May 17-20, 2016 at  Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland. They plan to offer a live family interview during this workshop.
