The International Family Nursing Association (IFNA) Position Statement on Pre-Licensure Family Nursing Education aims to assist international nurse educators by defining family, family nursing education, and the International Family Nursing Association (IFNA) position on the inclusion of family nursing education in all pre-licensure nursing education programs worldwide.
Developed by the IFNA Family Nursing Education Committee and approved by the IFNA Board of Directors on June 13, 2013, this IFNA Position Statement on Pre-Licensure Family Nursing Education (FNE) is available in several English language formats. (Translations into other languages are under development.)
