Key Accomplishments of the IFNA Education Committee:
- Members of the Committee who are family nurse educators continued to hold regular meetings which gave opportunity for discussion, shaping the Committee work and the development of educational resources.
- A variety of educational resources were disseminated in support of educational practice for family nursing worldwide.
- A series of webinars was set up to promote family nursing education and practice. Eminent family nursing scholars volunteered to share their expertise via this innovative mode of knowledge transfer between IFNA members and a wider international audience.
Invitation to stand as Education Committee co-chair
- The Education Committee is inviting IFNA members to consider standing for the exiting and challenging position of co-chair. The position offers the opportunity to work with international peers to shape a vision for family nursing education, share ideas among educators, build a library of educational resources and influence the integration of family nursing into educational provision globally.
