Tine Ikander, RN, MScN, is a doctoral student in the Department of Oncology at Odense University Hospital, Denmark, and the University of Southern Denmark.
With her background in palliative care nursing, Tine’s doctoral research is focused on individuals and their families experiencing incurable cancer and receiving general palliative care in the hospital. She is interested in improving the quality of life of individuals and families living with incurable cancer and including them in end-of-life discussions.
