Amanda Garrow RN, PhD, is a Simulation Education Specialist at Children’s National Health System, Washington, DC, USA, and a Lecturer in Nursing at Salford University, United Kingdom. Her current research and practice focuses on improving quality outcomes for children and their families through the use of simulation. Dr. Garrow currently serves as a member of the IFNA Education Committee and as an IFNA country liaison. She is also a member of the IFNA UK/Ireland Chapter.
