Due dates and notification:
The Abstract submission deadline was Monday, December 1, 2014. We are unable to accept requests for late submissions. Thank you for the 514 abstracts from 36 countries that were submitted.
Due to the overwhelming number of abstract submissions, it is necessary for the committee to delay notification of acceptances. Notices will be sent by Monday, February 9th.
