Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: I am receiving too many email notifications from IFNA. How can I opt out of some or all of these notifications?

Q: I received a request for “friendship” from an IFNA member. What does this mean?
A: The IFNA website uses BuddyPress, a social networking platform within WordPress. WordPress is a free and open source blogging and publishing platform that the International Family Nursing Association uses as a template for the association’s website. WordPress enables members to interact, start conversations, and share content related to the mission and vision of IFNA. Using BuddyPress requires members to register on the website using a valid email address. To prevent unwanted messages and to minimize “spam”, members must request and acknowledge “friendship” in order to communicate on the site (similar to Facebook).
